8 Things You Need to Know About Nokia Lumia 1520

Nokia recently announced 2 new phablets – Lumia 1320 and Lumia 1520. They are expected to be launched in India by the end of this year or by early 2014. Nokia Lumia 1520 features a 6-inch IPS LCD with full HD resolution (1920x1080). The pixel per inch density is 367ppi and the screen has 16 million colors.

The primary camera of Lumia 1520 is 20MP and it can record full HD videos (1920x1080 at 30 frames per second). The internal memory of the phone is 32GB with 2GB of RAM. The memory can further be extended with the help of a memory card up to 64GB.

The 3400 mAh battery is good for 32 days of stand-by time and 26 hours of talk-time. The phablet is pretty slim at 8.7mm and it weighs 209 grams. The connectivity options are: GPRS, EDGE, NFC, WLAN, Bluetooth v4.0 and USB v2.0.

Nokia Lumia 1520 is available in four shades: White, Red, Yellow and Black. Nokia has not made any official announcement about the price of this phone but it is expected to be priced somewhere around INR 45000.

The processor of the phone is quad-core 2.2 GHz Krait 400 and the OS is Microsoft Windows Phone 8 Black. Some of the key camera features are: Pure View, Zeiss Optics, Cinemagraph Lens, Creative Studio, Bing Vision, Photo Beamer and Dual Shot.
